A guide to the Globriq platform: how connections, data movement and operations fit together, and where to start with your integration.
On this pagePlatform overview

Platform overview

Globriq is an enterprise integration platform that helps teams connect systems, manage data movement and understand integration outcomes. Explore the platform capabilities, or see the operating experience in How it works.

This public guide introduces product concepts. For configuration instructions and the capabilities available to your organization, request guidance before implementation.

How data moves through Globriq

An integration connects a source to a destination for a defined business outcome. Start with the data you need to move, its direction and the format the destination expects.

  1. Choose the systems and supported connection paths.
  2. Define a mapping when source data needs to become a different destination format.
  3. Use a supported transfer or workflow under your organization's controls.
  4. Review run and delivery outcomes to understand what happened.

Connectors

System connectors identify business systems. Transport connectors describe the protocols and channels used to move data. Globriq supports file, API and database integration paths; each connection is configured for its intended workflow.

The connector catalogue separates Available and Planned entries. Confirm the required direction and integration scope when choosing a connection.

Fabric Workflows

Fabric Workflows coordinate an ordered set of supported integration steps. They connect the work an integration needs to perform with a run history that teams can review.

Execution depends on the capabilities enabled for your organization and the readiness of the integration. Confirm which steps and execution options support your use case.

Mapping and transformation

Mappings describe how source fields become the fields a destination expects. Teams can author, version and preview mappings before using them in a supported integration.

Preview helps you inspect the expected output. Using a published mapping in a workflow depends on the supported input and integration path.

Delivery and destinations

Endpoint Profiles give reusable connections a name and purpose. Credential Profiles manage authentication separately from integration setup, with access governed by platform permissions.

Delivery Activity shows transfer outcomes and available next steps. Eligible failures may be retried under the integration's controls; some cases need operator review.

Operations and observability

Use Overview to see what needs attention and Operations Center to investigate affected integrations. Related run, event and delivery information helps teams understand an outcome before deciding what to do next.

The product surfaces introduce these operational views. For the latest available service check, visit Status.

Run Center and Fabric Events

Run Center

Supported transfer and workflow schedules come together in one operational view. Available actions follow the controls and permissions of the integration.

Fabric Events

Event histories help operators understand execution outcomes. Viewing events does not itself run or retry an integration.

BridgeIQ

BridgeIQ helps teams understand readiness, investigate operational context and prepare reviewable next steps. It includes advisory checks and reviewable configuration drafts.

Recommendations remain reviewable and governed before changes are applied. Advisory answers do not automatically change integrations; available configuration actions require separate authorization. Explore BridgeIQ for its role in the platform.

Security and trust

Globriq combines tenant isolation, Credential Profiles, role-based access, governed execution and audit visibility. The Trust section describes the current controls and assurance status, including work underway on certification and examination.
