Scope and status
This policy applies to visits to the Globriq public website and enquiries submitted through its contact form. It is not a privacy notice for a customer's use of the Globriq application, which may involve separate contractual and product-specific terms.
Information you provide
When you submit a contact or demo enquiry, the website asks for your full name, work email, company, enquiry topic, and message. Please do not include credentials, secrets, sensitive personal information, or production data in the message field.
Technical website data
Vercel hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and response or security-event data. The website also uses one session-storage value to remember whether the introductory presentation has been shown during the current browser session. If you explicitly choose Light or Dark, the website stores that display preference in one localStorage key, gw:theme:v1. System mode does not store a theme preference. This key is not used for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
This website implementation adds no analytics or advertising tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile is engaged when you use Contact to check for automated abuse. See the Cookies page for browser storage and security-provider details. Deployed platform settings still require review.
How information is used
Information handled through the public website may be used to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange relevant follow-up;
- understand the integration need described in your message;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the website; and
- meet applicable legal obligations or protect the website and its users.
The website does not present contact-form acceptance as consent to unrelated marketing.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts the website and supports its request security and rate-limiting controls. Its infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser and request metadata, timestamps, and security events. See the Vercel privacy notice.
- Resend delivers accepted contact enquiries by email. The submitted name, work email, company, topic, and message are included in that email, along with the configured sender and recipient. Email-delivery metadata is also processed. See the Resend privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks Contact interactions for automated abuse. It may process an IP address, browser and device signals, interaction information, and security verification results. The website sends a verification token to its server for validation; it does not send your contact message or contact fields to Turnstile. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
The recipients of the enquiry and their email service also process accepted messages. Provider settings, processing terms, and the final recipient arrangement require owner and legal review before public launch.
Retention
Contact and technical information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to an enquiry, maintaining security and operational records, and meeting applicable obligations. A final retention schedule has not been stated on this website and requires owner and legal confirmation before production launch.
Security
Globriq uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through the website. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so visitors should avoid sending sensitive information through the public contact form.
International processing
Website and email-delivery providers may process information in more than one country. Where that occurs, Globriq should use safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable requirements. Specific processing locations and transfer terms remain subject to the selected providers and final legal review.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the contact form. You may also ask about information associated with a previous enquiry, or ask for correction or deletion where appropriate, by using the contact method below. The response available will depend on the request, applicable requirements, and any information that must be retained for legitimate reasons.
Third-party links
The website may link to services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and visitors should review those notices before providing information.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised as the website, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The published page should be updated when a material change takes effect.
